Daniel Hamby, who was the inventor of all of the engine technologies and sole owner of a Consultancy, Aircle Tech Inc.\u00a0 In 2015, due to the amount of debt acquired by Daheco from Aircle, the Founder closed Daheco Engines Inc. and rolled the debt and assets into Aircle as a separate division to preserve its patents and engine developments.\u00a0 Fast forward to 2019 and the Covid shutdown.\u00a0 As a consultancy, Aircle found itself having difficulty servicing its existing clients due to the no-in-person-contact requirement of the Federal &amp; State(s) shutdown.\u00a0 It was also impossible to develop new clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-serif-font-family\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:0;font-size:clamp(15.747px, 0.984rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 1.058), 24px);font-style:normal;font-weight:500;line-height:1.2\">After nearly 20 years of developing new and patentable products for other companies Aircle\u2019s CEO, Mr. Hamby, turned the Company\u2019s direction inward to develop something new for itself.\u00a0 During that time ICE vehicles were losing favor with the World governments and EVs were gaining favor.\u00a0 Mr. Hamby, being a continuous innovator\/inventor, found a method of marrying electromotive technologies with Daheco\u2019s engine technologies where a symbiotic relationship between electric current and gas expansion enhanced both.\u00a0 He called this marriage \u201cAirlectric\u2122\u201d or Airlectrification.\u00a0 Still there was no immediate market for this new Airlectric CPD engine until the power went out (literally his electric power went out).\u00a0 Mr. Hamby looked at his technology in a new light; could it be used to offer energy security?\u00a0 Answer; YES!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-serif-font-family\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-right:0;padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-left:0;font-size:clamp(15.747px, 0.984rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 1.058), 24px);font-style:normal;font-weight:500;line-height:1.2\">In 2022, Aircle spun off its Daheco division as Daheco Engines &amp; Energy, LLC to create a new class of energy storage that used no batteries.\u00a0 The NBESSH or Non-Battery Energy Storage System + Heat technology was developed along with several new patented components.\u00a0 Multiple grants were awarded under North Carolina\u2019s SBIR incentive solicitation.
